On Thursday January 2nd, 2003 your employees completed re-roofing my home. It is an excellent job.

Mr. Ben Kelly came to my home earlier this year and gave me a proposal to redo the roof. I called him back in December to see about having the work done. I asked his opinion on what color would be good and he made his suggestion. I took his advice and I am very happy with the results.

When your employees came to start the work, Mr. Jeff Bigi introduced himself and assured me that everything would be fine. They started the job on December 30th, and worked December 31st also. That evening we had a heavy rain but the house did not leak. Then on New Year’s Day morning Jeff came to see if their were any leaks and he spent quite a while cleaning on all four sides of the house. It isn’t often that you find an employee so dedicated to the good name of his company that he will take his own time to check on a job.

I was not around the house very much, but all your employees seem hardworking and caring and they’re all a credit to your organization.
